Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all accounting functions, including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
2. Direct the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and analyze variances.
3. Prepare and distribute timely monthly financial reports.
4. Oversee regulatory reporting preparation.
5. Investigate technical accounting issues to ensure compliance.
6. Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
7. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
8. Manage compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax obligations.
9. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to enhance internal controls.
10. Collaborate with auditors during the annual audit process.
11. Supervise cash flow management.
12. Conduct regular assessments of risk management.
13. Formulate strategic plans based on financial forecasts and overall company health.
14. Oversee payroll systems and maintain accurate payroll records.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
2. At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a leadership capacity.
3. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
4. Proven experience in preparing financial statements.
5. Familiarity with general ledger functions and the closing process.
6. Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance metrics.
7. Proficient in financial accounting statements.
8. Comprehensive knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
9. Excellent skills in accounting software administration.
10. Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality.
11. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
12. Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on achieving results.
13. Advanced analytical and strategic planning skills.
14. High proficiency in MS Office Suite.
