Job Description

The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for addressing contract management by providing cost-effective solutions and strategies for oversight and continuous improvement through the contract lifecycle.

This role will involve implementing and managing policies and procedures to minimize our risk. You will be responsible for understanding compliance requirements and working with leaders to develop policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
  • Managing the contract database to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Conducting contract reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or performance improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
