Job Title: Cybersecurity Compliance Manager

Invenergy is a leading developer and operator of sustainable energy solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Compliance Manager to join our team in Chicago.

Job Summary

The Cybersecurity Compliance Manager will lead a team in managing the NERC cyber security requirements and internal controls associated with physical and electronic cyber security risks, associated with power generation facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity compliance program to ensure adherence to NERC CIP requirements
  • Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, IT Information, and Corporate Security personnel to ensure security controls are in place
  • Oversee the maintenance of Invenergy NERC CIP policies and procedures
  • Develop and deliver NERC training to internal support groups and external stakeholders
  • Maintain awareness of emerging utility industry and cyber security issues through benchmarking
  • Develop and maintain KPIs that reflect program performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related discipline with an engineering/power system focus
  • 7+ years of demonstrated independent IT/OT technical acumen application
  • 5+ years of direct program and people development management
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products and Nuance Power PDF
  • Familiarity with firewall, networking, and vulnerability scan technologies
Preferred Skills
  • Advanced Knowledge of NERC rules and framework, highly preferred
  • Desired Certifications: CISSP, CISM, and CISA
  • Advanced organizational, presentation/facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills
