Job Overview

The Program Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing a culturally sensitive Community Resource Navigator Program. This includes the facilitation of training, professional growth, workflow optimization, and continuous program improvement while actively engaging trained navigators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of five Community Resource Navigators.
  • Conduct new staff training and quarterly professional development sessions for the Community Resource Navigator team, focusing on workflow optimization, program enhancement, and sustained engagement.
  • Develop, implement, and assess metrics for program evaluation and performance.
  • Perform monthly reviews of program encounter data to ensure effectiveness.
  • Align program strategies with Project Management teams.
  • Ensure program delivery is culturally and linguistically appropriate for the target population, including those with limited English proficiency and individuals with disabilities.
Qualifications
  • Preferred graduate certification or degree in a relevant field.
  • Master's Degree in Public Health is advantageous.
  • At least six years of professional experience.
  • A minimum of two years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proficient in business software, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
