Audiology Specialist

The Audiologist role at Decoding HR LLC is a critical position that requires a dedicated professional with a passion for patient-centered service. As an Audiologist, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating hearing disorders, providing exceptional care to patients, and improving their quality of life through advanced hearing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough hearing assessments to identify hearing loss or balance-related conditions.
Fit and adjust hearing aids and other assistive listening devices, providing guidance and education to patients on hearing aid care and use.
Develop individualized treatment plans, including aural rehabilitation programs, for patients of all ages.
Collaborate with physicians, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Offer counseling to patients and their families regarding the social and psychological aspects of hearing loss.
Conduct regular follow-up appointments to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to hearing solutions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
Requirements
Must hold a valid state license in audiology.
Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree or equivalent.
1-3 years of clinical audiology experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to sit, stand, and move around for extended periods during patient consultations.
Fine motor skills for handling small instruments and hearing devices.
Minimal travel required for occasional conferences or community outreach events.
