Technical Product Manager

XO Health is revolutionizing the healthcare industry by delivering a unified health experience for everyone. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a key role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that transform the way healthcare is delivered.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and business users to identify and solve problems through technology and innovation. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the success of key initiatives and product launches that inform and drive insight to ensure XO's success.
In this role, you will manage, plan, and coordinate the development of new products, enhancements of existing products, and technical solutions based on short-term and long-term needs. You will effectively communicate with business stakeholders to uncover their technology needs and understand the technology landscape to produce innovative solutions and high-level designs.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Recent experience in healthcare and/or life sciences leading large, complicated projects through the complete project lifecycle
- 5+ years' experience of technical product management experience with one or more software products that facilitate business operations, client or member experience, and/or people use as a regular part of their daily work
- Experience launching products, executing entire product development lifecycle, and developing long-term strategy for products
- Experience in HL7, Smart on FHIR integrations, EHR integrations, and data pipeline experience is preferred
- A strong background in agile development methodologies and tools such as Confluence and Jira
