Job Summary:

Volt is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Administrator Assistant, you will be responsible for managing department and event vehicles, including developing, tracking, and reporting vehicle lists across multiple event schedules and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for managing internal and external relationships to facilitate procurement and delivery of vehicles in a timely manner to various events. Additionally, you will be responsible for accuracy and communications of all vehicle records and lists to ensure compliance with all company and event vehicle policies. You will also assist in vehicle ordering and serve as a liaison between segments and various internal and external groups for planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing department and event vehicles
Develop, track, and report vehicle lists across multiple event schedules and stakeholders
Manage internal and external relationships to facilitate procurement and delivery of vehicles in a timely manner to various events
Ensure accuracy and communications of all vehicle records and lists to ensure compliance with all company and event vehicle policies
Assist in vehicle ordering
Serve as liaison between segments and various internal and external groups for planning and execution

Requirements:

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel), shared Google apps, and SAP
Personable and self-starter with ability to work well within a team
Clean driving record in case you need to drive some of the marketing vehicles
Completed Bachelor's degree preferred
