Territory Sales Manager

Arctic Compressor is seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the municipal fire sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet the unique needs of each customer.
- Pursue sales opportunities for our innovative products, focusing on their value as long-term capital assets.
- Build strong relationships within the municipal fire sector, becoming a trusted advisor by understanding and addressing specific customer concerns.
- Utilize our CRM tools to track sales activities and collaborate with internal teams to close deals efficiently.
- Attend industry events and networking meetings to promote Arctic Compressor and drive revenue growth.
- Identify areas where competitors may not fully meet customer needs, positioning our solutions more effectively.
- Proven success in technical sales, particularly with high-value, long-cycle equipment.
- Strong technical aptitude combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial; experience in firefighting or fire equipment sales is a plus, but not required.
- Experience selling to state, local, and government agencies is highly valued.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and modern office software.
- Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time as needed.
Our compensation package is designed to reward high performers. Top sales professionals in this role can earn six-figure incomes, with earnings directly tied to their success. We offer an uncapped commission structure and additional performance bonuses, ensuring your earning potential is limited only by your ambition and ability to close deals.
