Bridgeway Credit Union is seeking a visionary leader to drive operational excellence and make a lasting impact on our members' lives. As an Executive Director of Operations, you will play a critical role in shaping our operations strategy and inspiring a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategic initiatives to enhance our operations, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, mentoring and inspiring our branch directors and operations staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee branch operations, ensuring safety, security, and efficiency, while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Performance Management: Set and track performance goals, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision and driving results-oriented decision-making.
  • Innovation & Compliance: Develop and implement new policies, staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Member Focus: Deliver outstanding service to our members, resolving complex issues with a customer-centric approach and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
  • Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and a background in banking or credit union operations, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Problem-solving: A knack for thinking outside the box and solving complex problems, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with technology and able to leverage it to drive operational improvements and enhance member experience.
  • Location: Ability to serve at our Albany, Georgia location daily.
