Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational plans to ensure organizational goals and objectives are met.
  • Supervise and direct staff, conduct performance appraisals, and provide a positive working environment.
  • Monitor service quality and patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of long-range plans and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Accounting, Business, or Health Care Administration.
  • Minimum of five years of progressively responsible healthcare management experience.
  • Experience in budgeting, program development, and community relations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and the public.

Working Conditions:
