Registered Nurse FVR-5 Telemetry Specialist

Your Role on the Team
Position Summary:
The Telemetry Registered Nurse provides direct patient care, in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, to assigned patients in the Telemetry units. The Registered Nurse is a supportive, compassionate, efficient, detail-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal skills and collaboratively maintains a plan of care for vulnerable patients.

Required Qualifications:
- Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
- Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
- Minimum Education: Current California RN license. Current American Heart Association BLS certification. ACLS and Initial Dysrythmia Recognition within 90 days of hire. Minimum Experience: Recent acute care experience preferred.
- Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
