Job Description:">

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Scheduler - Oncology Specialist to join our team at a busy oncology practice. As a key member of our scheduling team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, managing physician schedules, and providing excellent customer service.



Key Responsibilities:">
  • Schedule new patients and return appointments in the computer system following office guidelines.
  • Cancels or reschedules appointments as needed based on physician changes and notifies appropriate personnel.
  • Manage and enter authorization and referral documentation into patients' charts and computer systems.


Requirements:">
  • Minimum of three years of medical office scheduling experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience handling medical referrals, patient scheduling, and insurance coordination is highly preferred.
