This is an exciting opportunity to join our Offshore Sales Team as a Sales and Business Development Specialist. You will be responsible for promoting our proprietary investment services through third-party distribution channels and working closely with our internal teams to drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for assigned regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external wholesalers and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new opportunities and optimize sales performance.
  • Travel periodically to sales regions as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Marketing, with a strong academic record and leadership experience.
  • English/ Spanish bilingual skills.
  • 3 years of financial industry experience, preferably in asset management sales and non-US client business.
  • Excellent client focus, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and interest in mastering retail investment management and capital markets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Series 7 & 63 or 66 licenses required.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
