Job Title: Lead Clinician for Assertive Community Treatment Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Clinician to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team at HealthPort. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality treatment services to individuals living in the community struggling with behavioral health issues.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide evidence-based treatment using ACT practices
  • Complete regulatory documentation for client treatment
  • Plan and carry out individual and group therapy relative to client needs
  • Coordinate treatment and stabilization with natural supports and community service providers
Qualifications:
  • Current licensed mental health professional with a Maryland license (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C)
  • Highly developed organizational and communication skills
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
