Join Our Team as a Clinician for Assertive Community Treatment

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinician to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team at HealthPort. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality treatment to clients living in the community struggling with behavioral health issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide evidence-based treatment using ACT practices
  • Complete regulatory documentation for client treatment
  • Plan and carry out individual and group therapy relative to client needs
  • Coordinate treatment and stabilization with natural supports and community service providers
Requirements:
  • Current licensed mental health professional (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C) in Maryland
  • Highly developed organizational and communication skills
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
