Payroll Administrator

At Movement Mortgage, we're looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing payroll, including verifying timekeeping records, calculating wages, and ensuring timely payments to employees.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of payroll processing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office software, and a working knowledge of payroll software. They will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
Responsibilities will include:
- Processing multi-state payroll
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records
- Reviewing and reconciling payroll reports
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Performing special payroll-related functions
We offer a competitive salary range of $62,900.00 to $76,900.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, critical care, hospitalization, HSA, FSA, DCFSA, and QTE.
