Position Summary:

We are in search of a seasoned HR/Benefits Operations expert who is driven by customer satisfaction, self-motivated, and adept at fostering strong relationships across all organizational levels. The ideal candidate will exhibit a growth mindset, adaptability in a dynamic tech environment, and a strong commitment to customer service and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee inquiries, ensuring timely resolution or appropriate delegation.
  • Identify effective solutions to challenges or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing employee-related queries, resolving discrepancies, and clarifying procedures for staff at all levels.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and retirement plans, ensuring accurate billing and reconciliation.
  • Provide guidance to employees and management regarding state, federal, and company-sponsored leave benefits.
  • Collaborate with payroll and vendors to manage supplemental pay in accordance with company policies.
  • Review and authorize life events while monitoring and resolving any carrier connection issues.
  • Conduct HR data audits and prepare necessary HR reports.
  • Facilitate new hire and benefits orientation for incoming employees.
  • Support the employee lifecycle through onboarding, offboarding, and leave management.

Note: This position requires a hybrid work model with in-office attendance expected three days a week.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Comprehensive understanding of US employment laws, HR principles, compensation, and benefits.
  • Advanced knowledge of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA, ADA, and PFML.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities and serve diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working with global teams and managing scheduling across different time zones.
