Responsibilities:


The primary objective of the Security Technologies Program is to enhance, sustain, and innovate processes that improve security effectiveness in equipment reliability, maintenance, innovation, and lifecycle management in a cost-efficient manner while cultivating the next generation of security technology leaders.


The ideal candidate will have the expertise and skills necessary to support and maintain security operations by providing technical insights to stakeholders regarding security system solutions implemented within the operational environment.

The individual must be capable of monitoring and maintaining essential security system functions, initiatives, and projects. This role will serve as the first line of support for identified issues requiring corporate security technology assessment and resolution.

It is essential to maintain the condition and documentation of installed equipment to ensure continuous operation and ready access to the information required to comply with all regulatory requirements for all security discipline stakeholders.

Primary Duties

- Support project planning, maintenance, and operations.

- Collaborate with leadership, project teams, support teams, and end users to ensure availability and conduct feasibility analyses on potential changes related to security systems.

- Provide technical expertise to maintain the performance and reliability of security performance indicators and business plan objectives.


- Work closely with colleagues to devise future improvement strategies, resource requirements, migration plans, and project timelines. Understand the implications of other technologies and service offerings on regulatory compliance.

- Assist in evaluation, testing, laboratory work, and mockup solutions as necessary.

- Act as a resource for daily support and deployments to security disciplines, ensuring that solutions align with business requirements and performance metrics.

- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of solutions at the component level, including hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and restoration of security systems.

- Provide feedback to security leadership regarding risks identified during business impact analyses, site risk assessments, and disaster recovery planning.

- Maintain technical knowledge and business acumen within the security discipline.

Minimum Qualifications

- Associate degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 2 years of relevant physical security or technical experience, or 5 years of experience in physical security or technical roles.

- Proven experience in writing reports, procedures, and technical documentation, along with strong verbal communication skills.

- Willingness to travel domestically.

- Availability for 24/7 on-call rotational duties.
