Key Responsibilities- Vulnerability Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate vulnerabilities in our environments and applications.
- Threat Monitoring: Monitor and respond to real-time threat information and provide security support to our users.
- Audit and Compliance: Perform regular audits of systems and networks to ensure compliance with security best practices.
- Security Policy Development: Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures related to vulnerability management and application security.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of systems and applications through proactive risk management and vulnerability remediation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years' experience within a security operations environment and has worked previously within vulnerability management.
- Skills: Competence with vulnerability management tools, Microsoft security environment, and associated tools such as Defender and Purview.
- Knowledge: Understanding of network protocols and devices, security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO), and compliance requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA).
