Yieldmo is seeking an experienced Vice President of Revenue Operations to lead our revenue growth initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive business growth and innovation through data-driven decision-making and strategic planning. With a focus on revenue optimization, you will analyze market trends, develop pricing strategies, and manage revenue forecasting to drive business success.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering maximum value to our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement revenue growth strategies, manage revenue forecasting, and drive sales performance improvement. Your expertise in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy Consulting will help us achieve our goals and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform revenue growth decisions.
- Manage revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement pricing strategies, contract management, and deal structuring.
- Lead the development and execution of sales training programs and product marketing initiatives.
What We Offer
We provide a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience. Our benefits package includes 100% company-paid health coverage, an employee stock option program, flexible time off, company slowdowns, and Summer Fridays. Home office setup and stipend are also available.
