Position Overview

As a Lead Product Strategist at Hidden Level, you will play a pivotal role in steering the development and delivery of a cutting-edge RF sensor tailored for diverse markets and a wide-ranging user base.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Roadmap Development:

  • Craft a collaborative long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product domain, driving the realization of that vision.
  • Establish robust relationships across the organization to ensure a unified and cohesive product family.
  • Collect and evaluate product performance metrics, user insights, program specifications, and technical goals to prioritize product development.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand competitor offerings and customer requirements, fostering differentiation and competitive edge.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and business objectives, actively participating in the creation of proposals and requests for information.

Execution of Product Development Goals:

  • Oversee the daily development activities of cross-functional engineering teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of technical requirements.
  • Formulate and maintain schedules while coordinating resources to achieve objectives.
  • Facilitate the resolution of obstacles, coordination of dependencies, and management of risks.
  • Regularly communicate product status, risk evaluations, and challenges while swiftly adapting to new opportunities.
  • Ensure product compliance with relevant regulations and requirements, including export controls, intellectual property protection, cybersecurity, and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical or management field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in progressive technical project or product management with a proven record of supporting high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulate status, risks, challenges, and achievements.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers regarding Hidden Level products.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with a knack for interpreting data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • High emotional intelligence and a readiness to take on autonomy and responsibility.
  • A willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
  • Experience with communications, radar, or similar sensor systems is highly desirable.
