Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our well-established program at Salem Hospital, a not-for-profit Level II Trauma facility. As a Therapist on our team, you will assess and treat a wide range of patient populations, from neonates to adult, afflicted with acute and chronic breathing issues. Our program offers continuous training and top-notch equipment to work with.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and treat patients with respiratory disorders using various modalities, including aerosol therapies, BIPAP/CPAP, ventilators, and high-flow oxygen therapy
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
* Participate in continuous training and education to stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies
* Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing patient care and safety

Requirements:
* Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
* Valid Oregon licensure to practice as an RCP
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* Completion of a CoARC-accredited respiratory care program
