Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our Cardio Pulmonary Services team at Salem Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing a variety of cardio pulmonary procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients of all ages, including adolescents and geriatrics
  • Perform cardio pulmonary procedures, including ventilator management and oxygen therapy
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Assume responsibility for assigned areas and procedures, and perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Successful completion of an accredited program in Respiratory Care
  • Current certification or registration as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Licensure by the state of Ohio
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and sterile techniques
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently, and make quick decisions in emergency situations
