Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Salem Health. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will assess and treat patients with acute and chronic breathing issues, utilizing various respiratory modalities, including aerosol therapies, BIPAP/CPAP, ventilators, and high-flow oxygen therapy. Our program offers continuous training and top-notch equipment to work with.

Responsibilities:

- Assess and treat patients with respiratory conditions, including neonates, adults, and critically ill patients
- Utilize various respiratory modalities to provide optimal patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in continuous training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies

Requirements:

- Successful completion of a CoARC-accredited respiratory care program
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
- Valid Oregon licensure to practice as an RCP in Oregon
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
