Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Regency Hospital - Oregon. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient needs and develop treatment plans
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions
  • Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes
  • Promote continuous quality improvement
  • Teach and counsel patients and families

Requirements:

  • Active CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date
  • Current state licensure
  • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of related experience
