Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Salem Hospital, Inc. in providing high-quality respiratory care to patients in an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Practice ventilator management with autonomy following a universal ventilator protocol.
  • Work with new ventilator software and equipment.
  • Provide respiratory assessments, secretion clearance, bronchodilator therapy, and other respiratory care services outside of the intensive care unit.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in quality improvement projects.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Science from an A.M.A approved school of Respiratory Care.
  • Current/Valid Massachusetts license as a Respiratory Therapist, RRT.
  • Minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital (new graduates welcome to apply).
