• Guarantee effective project integration management within the organization, strategize and supervise stakeholder engagement, deliver clear and comprehensive project updates for diverse audiences, facilitate review sessions, obtain necessary approvals from designated stakeholders, and ensure effective communication regarding project developments.


• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, which includes project timelines, progress reports, proposals, requirements specifications, and presentation materials.


• Communicate and collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams, providing updates on project status, modifications in project scope, timelines, or requirements while upholding confidentiality.


• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, offering guidance as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a degree in life sciences is highly preferred.

3-5 years of experience in project coordination is preferred.

Experience in managing projects with client interaction is essential.

Experience in a regulated biotechnology or pharmaceutical environment or Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in product manufacturing from initiation to release is preferred.
