About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless car-buying experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to customers throughout the car-buying process, from initial inquiry to final sale.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle condition assessments to ensure accurate appraisals and customer satisfaction.
  • Process sales paperwork and manage inventory to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous sales and customer service experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
