COMPENSATION: $48,000 to $52,000, commensurate with experience.

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Field Operations Specialist is responsible for conducting thorough inspections of flooring installations, ensuring that all work meets our high standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain regular communication with clients and project managers.
  • Assess job sites prior to installation to confirm readiness.
  • Evaluate job sites post-installation to verify completion and quality.
  • Identify optimal installation methods, perform measurements, and guide installation teams.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Manage the transportation of materials as needed.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in flooring installation is advantageous.
  • Strong commitment to safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently and resolve issues effectively.
  • Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance are mandatory.
  • Reliable transportation for site visits is essential.
  • Must demonstrate effective communication abilities.
  • Successful completion of a drug test is required.
