We are seeking a skilled Engine Performance Tester - Modification/Repair/Assistance - Day Shift to join our team in the Manufacturing, Engine Business sector.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will contribute in the following ways:
  • Operate machinery and production tools in alignment with quality and productivity standards in a safe manufacturing environment with minimal supervision.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Exhibit a high level of proficiency in essential work skills.
  • Maintain flexibility and undertake various tasks as necessary to achieve production objectives.
  • Conduct quality assessments.
  • Utilize both manual and automated machinery to produce and assemble products, ensuring they meet customer specifications for characteristics and dimensions.
Compensation and Benefits

The base salary will be determined based on experience. Additional benefits may vary by location and can include options such as a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage, and a comprehensive range of personal and professional benefits.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent secondary education certification is required. This position may necessitate licensing to comply with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience Requirements
  • Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills acquired through education, training, or practical experience are essential.
  • Coordinate and finalize all modified engines prior to testing.
  • Ensure appropriate routing and availability of parts for modified engines.
  • Provide support to Engine Test production to address manpower gaps and assist in meeting daily objectives as needed.
  • Collaborate with Test repair to offer assistance during campaigns, projects, or coverage gaps.
  • Support repair operations with the FIFO process for serviced engines.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
