Job Overview:

The Senior Process Engineer will play a pivotal role in assessing current operational processes and optimizing manufacturing systems to enhance cost-efficiency, sustainability, and the implementation of best practices. This will be achieved through the application of systems engineering principles alongside the fundamentals of chemistry, physics, and equipment engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and specify cGMP-compliant process equipment, piping, and controls to enhance product creation while ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Oversee small to medium-sized projects related to process equipment and manufacturing.
  • Participate in design reviews, site acceptance testing, and equipment installation.
  • Analyze and refine manufacturing processes for improved performance.
  • Provide engineering support specifically for aseptic filling operations.
  • Ensure the reliability and safety of manufacturing systems while enhancing production rates, efficiencies, yields, and cost-effectiveness.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Biochemical, Equipment, or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory, with a preference for candidates having three years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cGMP regulations and sanitary equipment design standards is essential.
  • 3-5 years of experience in designing processes and equipment for pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
