We are seeking a skilled Midbore Operations Supervisor to become part of our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Engine Business Segment.

In this role, you will contribute in the following ways:
  • Oversee, develop, and guide the daily operations of multiple production teams.
  • Accountable for the daily functions of several production teams, including managing personnel, maintaining cleanliness, and achieving production goals.
    Collaborate across departments to recommend and engage in enhancements to safety, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Offer direction and constructive feedback to team members in achieving tasks and objectives; establish expectations and clarify roles.
  • Mentor and coach team members.
  • Identify training requirements; create and execute training programs.

  • Ability to develop and mentor support teams to lead production teams.
  • Focus on achieving results (KPIs) - Ensuring the team meets daily production targets, quality metrics, and safety standards.
  • Encourage teamwork within a large production team (60+ operators) with a strong emphasis on motivating and fostering open communication.
  • Willingness to engage hands-on with the team and lead by example.

The base salary range is competitive and will be commensurate with experience.
