Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Juno Search Partners - Open Positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients
- Coordinate visitor arrivals and prepare conference rooms as needed
- Assist with in-house catered events and manage inventory
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, travel arrangements, and database management
- Proactively manage and flag potential calendar/travel conflicts
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a Private Equity/Venture Capital/Hedge Funds/Financial Services setting
- Ability to independently prioritize and execute multiple complex tasks and projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work on different responsibilities each day
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
