About the Role

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our Group Marketing team in New York. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and supporting event coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a welcoming and professional reception environment, ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, direct visitors, and maintain a list of guests for lobby security.
  • Handle incoming calls, maintain awareness of daily meetings and visitors, and manage the professional appearance of conference rooms and events space.
  • Receive and sort deliveries, process orders, and assist with event coordination.
  • Manage the calendar of events, scheduling meetings, and preparing supporting materials.
  • Handle payment of invoices related to events and activities.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with building management and learn all aspects of the building portal.
  • Conduct office manager duties, including ordering supplies and working with vendors.
Requirements
  • Strong time and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to manage tasks with a low level of supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and ability to learn new applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Able to work collaboratively with others to provide a high-quality service.
