Job Description

Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of McAllen. As an RN Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include observing and assessing resident conditions, implementing care plans, administering medications, and conducting rounds with physicians.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must be an active Registered Nurse in the state of Texas in good standing and have completed a RN program at an accredited vocational school, college, or university.
