About the Job:

As a Clinical Nurse Manager with the Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, you will play a critical role in leading and coordinating patient care across multiple disciplines. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive care plans, analyzing patient data and trends, and mentoring nursing staff to promote professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and services
  • Analyze patient data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based solutions
  • Lead and mentor nursing staff to promote professional growth and development
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information


Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, and includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. Requirements:

* Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field required
* At least 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs)
