Salesforce CRM Analytics Specialist

Position Overview
Insight Global is seeking a skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics Specialist to enhance our federal client's team. This role involves collaborating with a large-scale Salesforce organization, focusing on the development and implementation of effective CRM analytics strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in client discussions to comprehend reporting requirements and devise analytics solutions.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including data management, security protocols, and permissions.
- Translate business needs into actionable analytics frameworks to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM analytics, specifically with Wave Analytics or Einstein Analytics.
- Proficient understanding of Salesforce data structures, sharing models, and security configurations.
- Experience integrating external data sources, including Azure storage and SQL Server.
- Salesforce certifications in CRM Analytics and development are highly advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate ranging from $75 to $90.
