Paving The Way Multi-Service Institute is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team. This role provides vital mental health services within school environments, supporting students, families, and staff.

Job Description
  • Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (dependent on experience)

This position focuses on prevention, early intervention, and mental health care, aligned with the Public Health Model. As a full-time clinician, you will foster a supportive, therapeutic environment and make a meaningful impact on students' lives.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Service Delivery: Provide school-based mental health services, including workshops, small groups, and classroom interventions, with a minimum of 18 hours of direct care per week.
  • Caseload Management & Documentation: Manage a culturally responsive caseload, complete assessments, and ensure timely documentation in compliance with agency guidelines.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the School Behavioral Health Team and participate in the School Strengthening Workplan.
  • Evaluation & Reporting: Write required reports and attend meetings as needed.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Education: A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling, with LGSW/LGPC certification.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in outpatient mental health services for youth or adults preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records, and culturally sensitive service delivery.
