About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities:

- Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting
- Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide regular feedback regarding progress to supervisor

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma, plus a minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a health care environment
- Effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
