As a compassionate Behavior Therapist, you will be an integral part of our mission to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

About the Role:
  • Provide one-on-one therapeutic care to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, clinics, and communities.
  • Implement behavioral treatment plans and instructional plans using ABA principles under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Support clients during challenging behaviors by implementing their behavior support plan as developed by the BCBA.
  • Collaborate with the Behavior Analyst to maintain ongoing communication with parents/caregivers regarding client progress and plan of care.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree in behavioral health, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to acquire RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification within 45 days of hire date, with training provided by Surpass Behavioral Health.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including paid holiday and personal days off, bi-weekly bonus incentive, DailyPay, 401k plan with matching contributions, and more.
