About the Role

This full-time clinician position at Paving The Way Multi-Service Institute focuses on providing high-quality mental health services to students, families, and staff within school environments. With a strong emphasis on prevention, early intervention, and mental health care, this role has a significant impact on students' lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Mental Health Services: Deliver Tier II and Tier III supports with a minimum of 18 hours of direct care per week, utilizing workshops, small groups, and classroom interventions.
  • Caseload Management: Manage a culturally responsive caseload, ensuring timely documentation and assessment completion in compliance with agency guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the School Behavioral Health Team and participate in the School Strengthening Workplan, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Reporting & Evaluation: Write required reports, attend meetings as needed, and ensure accurate billing for treatment services.
  • School-Wide Activities: Organize wellness events for families and staff, and support students using organizational resources like counseling or case management.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on location and experience.
