Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team as a Behavior Therapist. In this role, you will work under senior clinicians to implement individualized behavior plans, report progress, and collaborate on potential modifications.


Key Responsibilities



  • Implement behavior and treatment plans in a home-health setting
  • Communicate regularly with senior staff to ensure effective collaboration
  • Maintain professionalism while problem-solving on the spot, ensuring seamless delivery of ABA services
  • Collect and report data for clinician review, contributing to the development of individualized behavior plans
  • Collaborate with senior clinicians to modify behavior plans as needed, promoting continuous improvement

Salary and Benefits


This part-time opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.


Requirements



  • RBT certification preferred, with full support from us for training and exam costs
  • Experience in ABA is preferred but not required; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Reliable transportation and car insurance required
  • Ability to pass a background check
