Guest Experience Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Advocate. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist guests with finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
- Participate in visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, meet guest needs, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks to meet guest needs.
- Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash and operate a cash register.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 15 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
