Job Summary

We're seeking a Seasonal Guest Advocate to join our team in a Small Format store. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and driving sales growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and drive business results
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on promotions and sales
  • Ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for guests and team members
  • Perform various tasks, including cashiering, stocking, and visual merchandising

Requirements
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
