About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Advocate. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service, resolving guest concerns, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, thanking, and engaging with guests in a genuine and welcoming manner.
  • Resolve guest concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote and sell our products and services to guests, including our loyalty program and digital services.
  • Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and move merchandise up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
