Job Title: Teller Retail Banker

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Teller Retail Banker to join our team in Indiana-Portage.

About the Role:

As a Teller Retail Banker, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve individual sales targets by identifying and marketing bank products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Handle branch servicing duties, including vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
  • Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, or an Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be positive, engaging, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
