About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team at Luxus. As a leading engineering consulting firm, we specialize in innovative and cost-effective structural design solutions for various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee structural retrofit projects to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to drive project success and provide mentorship and guidance within the team.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural engineering.
  • Licensed Structural Engineer (or near-license) in the state of practice.
  • Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering design and analysis preferred.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule (2 days in office/3 days remote).
  • Openness to learning and teaching in areas such as food & science and pharmaceutical experience, even if not previously experienced in these fields.
