Lead Data Analytics

Join Harnham as a Data Analytics Leader and drive business growth through data-driven insights. As a key member of our founding data team, you will support growth initiatives and new applications of data/analytics/AI across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive revenue and customer acquisition
  • Lead a team of data analysts and work with data engineers to deliver high-quality analytics
  • Collaborate with leaders across the business to develop analytics roadmaps and drive data-driven decision making
  • Champion a data-driven culture and empower self-service dashboarding

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics/data science, preferably in a DTC business, 2+ years of people management
  • Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, etc.), advanced degree a plus
  • Expertise in SQL, Python/R, and a data visualization tool, Looker a plus
  • Excellent communicator across a wide variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Creative thinker with experience in a fast-paced startup environment
