We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Delivery Advocate. As a key member of our Market Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in our dynamic markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver vehicles to customers' doors with our custom car haulers, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler, maintaining a safe and efficient process.
  • Complete customer paperwork and update our customer tracking system with thorough notes.
  • Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record, adhering to Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto our haulers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
