Bilingual Customer Service Representative

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist at Sherwin-Williams, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to both wholesale and retail customers.

Your role will involve advising customers on our products, meeting sales goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine their needs and provide appropriate products and services
  • Establish trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas
  • Keep the store equipment clean and set up displays
  • Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries when required
  • Maintain stock and presentation of assigned areas
  • Stay knowledgeable about products offered and suggest ways to improve sales

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Proficient in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Willingness to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Previous experience selling paint and operating tinting and mixing equipment
